IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our hospital finance team in Ontario. The ideal candidate will manage accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger entries and financial reporting ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reporting
- Support payroll invoicing and billing processes
- Prepare and maintain financial statements spreadsheets and reports
- Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards and healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with finance operations and administration teams
- Assist with audits and internal controls
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience or internships in accounting finance or bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare finance environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration
- Familiarity with hospital accounting or healthcare financial operations
- CPA coursework or interest in pursuing CPA designation
