The role
As an Information Technology Support Officer youll be part of the Universitywide Service Desk the central point of contact for IT support for staff and students. Acting as a firstline responder youll diagnose resolve and escalate IT incidents while delivering a consistently high level of customer service.
Youll provide both remote and onsite support at our Bathurst campus including teaching and learning spaces and contribute to the ongoing improvement of service desk processes and knowledge. This role suits someone who enjoys problemsolving working in a fastpaced peoplefocused environment and being part of a team committed to service excellence.
This is an entrylevel role into Information Technology and would suit a recent school leaver with a strong interest in IT someone who has completed a VET qualification or an individual seeking to build on foundational IT knowledge and develop a career in the field.
