To lead and grow Daisy Chains corporate and eventsfundraisingincome through effective business development relationship management and strong planning and systems.
The postholder will be responsible for securing sustainable corporate partnerships maximising income across Daisy Chains events programme and taking full ownership of the planning and delivery of the Annual Charity Ball.
The role is accountable for delivering agreed income targets and embedding professionalfundraisingprocesses including effective CRM use and supporter stewardship.
Develop and deliver a corporatefundraisingstrategy and annual plan
Identify research and approach prospective corporate partners
Secure new sponsorships partnerships and donations
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate supporters
Develop multi-year partnerships and repeat income streams
Prepare proposals pitches and funding applications
Deliver agreed income targets and KPIs
Maximise sponsorship table sales and partnership income across Daisy Chain events
Work collaboratively with theFundraisingPartnerships Coordinator who leads operational delivery of challenge and sporting events
Ensure events deliver strong financial returns and supporter engagement
Convert event participants and supporters into longer-term donors and partners
Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of Daisy Chains flagship Annual Charity Ball
Develop the event concept theme and supporter experience
Manage event budgets suppliers contracts and timelines
Secure sponsorship auction raffle and table income
Coordinate internal staff volunteers and external partners
Ensure the event is delivered professionally safely and within budget
Lead effective use and development of Daisy Chains CRM system
Maintain accurate records of supporters pipelines and income
Track and forecastfundraisingperformance
Develop and implement clear corporate and event supporter journeys
Ensure timely stewardship recognition and thank-you processes
Use data and insight to improve retention and income growth
Produce annualfundraisingand events plans with clear timelines and milestones
Monitor performance against targets and provide regular reports
Identify risks and opportunities and take proactive action
Ensure activity delivers strong return on investment
Line manage and support theFundraisingPartnerships Coordinator
Foster a proactive organised and collaborative team culture
Work closely with marketing operations and service teams
Represent Daisy Chain professionally with external stakeholders
Contribute to the widerfundraisingand organisational strategy
Future team capacity will be reviewed in line with income growth and organisational need.
Experience securing corporate partnerships sponsorship orfundraisingincome
Proven track record of achieving income or financial targets
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Experience using CRM or database systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Experience delivering large-scale events or gala dinners
Line management experience
Knowledge of autism or neurodiversity
Experience working in the charity sector
Occasional evening and weekend work will be required to support events and networking opportunities
Time off in lieu will be provided where appropriate
