Were looking for an experienced FP&A Controller to join our COFRA team in Porto. You will join a multi-generational family business with a commitment to achieve systemic change across Liveable Cities Responsible Capital Clean Energy and Sustainable Food together with our management teams and mission-aligned external partners.

About the role

This role serves as a financial partner within COFRA Holding responsible for nondivisional management reporting and budgeting. It drives process optimization enhances data quality and promotes strong crossfunctional collaboration.

It plays a central role in driving financial performance strategic planning and decision support across the organization. The position owns key elements of budgeting forecasting and financial analysis while partnering closely with leadership and business teams to ensure datadriven decisionmaking.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the annual budgeting and quarterly outlook processes across the organization including quarterly forecasting financial and liquidity planning. Monitoring actuals against budget and forecast/outlook.
  • Working closely with stakeholders by supporting budget and forecasting activities. Being recognized as a financial advisor and a trusted contact for all finance matters.
  • Improving processes to deliver faster highquality data and analysis.
  • Building trust to increase alignment acceptance and awareness across the organization.
  • Analyzing P&L balance sheet cash flow and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Providing monthly and quarterly variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast).
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Playing a key role in further automation and enhancement of budgeting and forecasting processes reporting workflows and financial systems. Maintaining data accuracy and integrity across financial systems.

What You Bring

  • 610 years of experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; exposure to BI tools and OneStream is considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
  • Experience as a Finance Business Partner for different functions.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Finance Business Economics or a related field.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive stakeholder interactions with professionalism and composure.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving mindset.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial topics for nonfinancial stakeholders.
  • Proactive curious and comfortable challenging assumptions.
  • High attention to detail with a continuousimprovement mindset.
  • Experience working in multinational organizations is an advantage.
  • English (required).
