Job Summary
Help shape an inclusive Aotearoa where disabled people thrive.

Join our policy team and work across government to ensure policies reflect the voices and aspirations of disabled people.
This exciting opportunity will see you:
- Support the implementation of the New Zealand Disability Strategy and improve outcomes for disabled people.
- Focus on education policy with opportunities to contribute to health employment housing and justice.
- Collaborate with agencies to strengthen disability perspectives in policy development.
Mōu About You:
You bring:
- Experience in policy or related work and familiarity with government and policy processes.
- Ability to analyse complex issues and communicate clearly in accessible ways.
- Commitment to understanding the diverse lived experiences of disabled people and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach.
Experience in education policy is an advantage but not essential.
