An exciting Full-time Permanent opportunity has become available to join our Policy Operations team. The purpose of this role is to provide onshore support to our policy accounts and credit control partner teams by monitoring reviewing and analysing day to day technical and quality outputs and ensure the best processes are in place to deliver positive customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Promote achievement of customer outcomes with partners and deliver high levels of customer service and performance.
Review operational processes and procedures in partnered areas and identify opportunities for improvement including automation.
Act as an escalation point by working to resolve issues (from both on and offshore teams).
Identify and remove blockers so team members can complete policy updates/financial processes.
Work in conjunction with the Chief Customer Office and the Policy Operations Leaders to ensure effective and efficient collection and management of outstanding debt including debt control issues for clients with particular focus on reduction of the outstanding debt.

Proven previous credit control experience
Previous insurance industry experience
Well-developed listening and verbal communication skills
Able to adapt to constant change and agility
Excellent time management skills and organisational skills
Customer Service focus
