Intermediate Business Analyst Transport Management System Project

9 Month Fixed-Term Contract - ASAP start

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of a large-scale Transport Management System (TMS) implementation. This role is based in Auckland CBD hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements
Develop use cases process maps and system interaction documentation
Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case development and outcome tracking
Assist in the creation of training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Maintain accurate meeting records action logs and version-controlled documentation
Work closely with trainers and change teams to support user onboarding and training delivery

Transport and Supply Chain Operations
External Implementation Partners
Change Management and Training Teams

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years experience in business analysis within IT or transformation projects
Proven experience supporting UAT and training preparation
Strong documentation and communication skills
Proficiency in tools such as Lucidchart (or Visio) MS Office Suite and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience in supply chain or logistics environments is highly advantageous
