Job Summary
Overview
Group 1 Automotive is a fast-growing leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add qualified Level 2 Automotive Service Advisor to our team at Sterling McCall Acura!
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
- Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
- Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
Qualifications
- 35 years of Service Advisor experience with proven ability to independently manage the full write-up-to-delivery lifecycle
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Must pass background check MVR and drug screening
