Sterling McCall Hondais part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive a leader in automotive retail and service. We are expanding and looking forExperienced Honda/Import Automotive Service Techniciansto work withOurQuality Honda Dealership.
Our Service Technicians should be passionate about customer service take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a winning team that cares about their employees.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately following dealership and factory standards
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics troubleshooting and testing on automotive systems
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
- Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
- Uphold company values in all interactions with customers coworkers and vendors
Qualifications
- 1 year of Automotive Tech Dealership Experience Required
- ASE Certifications Required
- Manufacture Certifications
- Diagnostic and Mechanical Skills
- Tool Proficiency
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a Valid Drivers License
