Job Summary:
Lead strategic budgeting compensation planning and people analytics for the Global Manufacturing Organizationmanaging annual budget cycles increment and performance reviews savings tracking and Talent management to optimize efficiency and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Align GMO budget with defined guidelines and timelines. Work closely with GMO Finance in the process to ensure consistency in numbers along with respective line teams.
- Ensure staff budget control by monitoring budget vs. actuals and do this in close collaboration with GMO Finance
- Work with Finance team on staff-cost latest estimates (LE) for proactive planning and keeping a check on spend.
Compensation Management
- Drive comprehensive PES management across GMO including the GMO PES and the corporate PES process. Work closely with the Process Central Team in this.
- Partner with Process Central and C&B organisation to Analyze compensation data to build merit-aligned increment grids. Do this in close collaboration with the vertical HR Heads
- Partner with Process Central and C&B organisation to conduct compensation surveys and benchmark against internal/external attrition data
- Design and implement robust compensation correction frameworks to serve business requirements.
Lean Savings Tracking & Reporting
- Drive productivity through central OE diagnostics; track and report monthly savings
- Monitor progress against commitments with continuous analysis and reporting
Project Management & Process Automation
- Collate and analyze data for OE workshops while leading automation initiatives to streamline compensation and HR processes
- Provide ad-hoc salary analyses and business support including timely MIS and SAP audit reporting
- Oversee position-code management and consolidation for accurate organizational records
- Govern RCC and IAF compliance and coordinate quarterly CEO & Head-of-GMO reviews and any additional forums.
- Develop and manage HR scorecards and leadership dashboards for actionable insights
- Program-manage talent frameworks and track sensitive-role rotations per guidelines
- Drive stakeholder engagement through GMO HR and BU-wide townhalls
- Work on quarterly reporting.
- Governance of Data Integrity for GMO

- Apply in-depth knowledge of compensation frameworks survey methodologies and HR systems
- Strong written communication skills to articulate in brief but precise language
- Ability to work in dynamic changing situation
