THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Production Support for an international project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT projects objectives in line with the commitments made to the Business while complying with the entitys strategic priorities IT governance processes and the sponsors expectation
- Steer the entire IT project and coordinate all the people involved and contributors
- The go-to contact person for the It project
- Ensure the knowledge of IT Projects Governance in the company and their correct application to the project context
- Global knowledge of IT its major processes and relevant regulatory frameworks
- Ability to anticipate plan and roll out a project from end-to-end with respect to time and resource constraints (both budget and people) with internal or external people to reach the defined goal
- Ability to define and apply a project methodology
- Ability to anticipate and handle risks associated with the project
- Ability to understand business needs and convert them into IT requirements
- Monitoring & observability
- Experience in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
- Experience with DevOps (Stack) and CI/CD. Facilitates coordination between development QA and operations; reduces lead time and risk
- Understanding of Jenkins GitLab CI AzurePipelines Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience with Cloud Platforms
- Cloud fundamentals certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner Azure Fundamentals) or demonstrable cloud project experience
- Project Management Platforms-Central hub for planning tracking reporting and stakeholder visibility
- Experience with Microsoft Project Smartsheet Asana or integrated tools such as JiraPortfolio
- Some basic knowledge in Legacy tools: Websphere Autosys CFT file transfer
