Ready to take on a role at the heart of global financial operations Were looking for a Markets Administration Support to ensure seamless market account management and act as a key liaison with financial institutions across the world.
What youll do:
- Manage the full lifecycle of market securities and cash accounts from opening to modification and closure for internal entities and their clients.
- Represent the company in all interactions with Agent Banks and Correspondent Banks worldwide building strong professional and ethical relationships.
- Maintain and update the Account Opening Pack for all supported markets.
- Ensure data accuracy by reviewing and reconciling account setups across internal systems and external custodians.
- Become the goto expert for the markets under your responsibility proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact clients.
Qualifications :
What you Bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative or operational support (ideally in a financial environment).
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel proficiency required).
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
