Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Assist customers via phone chat or email with inquiries about orders products payments shipping and returns
- Order Assistance: Guide customers through the purchasing process including order placement tracking and post-purchase support

- Product Information: Provide accurate details about product features availability and ongoing promotions

Qualifications
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2)
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role
- Skills: Strong communication analytical mindset and client-support ability
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
