About the Role

As anAssistant Information Technology Manager (COE IT) you will be responsible for deskside support system maintenance and upgrade trouble-shooting and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist I.T. Manager in maintaining Hotel computer systems hardware software and application interfaces to ensure stable and smooth operations.
  • Monitor Hotel and guest network infrastructure to maintain system performance data integrity and security.
  • Evaluate new systems software and patches; recommending implementation plans.
  • Provide user training and technical support to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Manage system security including user access control backups and disaster recovery drills.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties and projects assigned by Management.

About You

  • Bachelors Degree in computing Information Technology or other related disciplines.
  • Microsoft certification or ITIL qualification would be an advantage.
  • At least 5years of diverse experience in infrastructure system application and shared service support.
  • Experience in Hotel industry would be an advantage.
  • Proven track record in leading an I.T. Share Service (IT Service Center) team for operational support.
  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in networking / server projects.
  • Effective negotiation and vendor management skills with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
