Assistant Manager, Human Resources
Job Summary
1. HR Business Partner Support
- Act as a proactive and credible HR partner aligning HR strategy with evolving business priorities and market dynamics.
- Assist line manager in providing HR advisory support to business leaders including organizational design workforce planning and performance management.
- Implement of HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals.
- Analyze people data (e.g. turnover engagement promotion rates) to diagnose root causes recommend evidence-based interventions and measure impact on retention and productivity.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Independently manage the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding probation transfers promotions and offboarding by collaborating with share service team ensuring compliance with local policies and regulations.
- Work with HRSSC team to maintain accurate employee data and support system-related projects and updates.
3. Talent Acquisition and Development
- Manage talent acquisition process to attract right talents
- Coordinate talent development programs with COEs including training needs analysis program delivery and evaluation.
- Support the execution of talent management processes such as high-potential identification career pathing and development planning.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement activities (e.g. festive events wellness programs team-building) to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support the rollout of diversity equity and inclusion initiatives.
- Analyze engagement data and propose actionable insights to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
5. HR Operations
- Work together with line manager on HR budgeting forecasting and cost-tracking activities.
- Collaborate with HR shared services C&B and finance teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
