Executive - Accounts

Allied Mineral Productsis a leading manufacturer of monolithic refractories worldwide. We are currently seeking anExecutive - Accountsfor our Sanand location. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and supporting compliance with statutory requirements. This role demands strong organizational skills attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software with SAP experience being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Control and booking of cash receipts and cash payments.
Control and booking of employee expenses.
Manage expense postings and ensure timely settlement of payables.
Oversee Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP).
Handle Withholding Tax and GST-related tasks for payables.
Perform any other accounting or finance-related tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in accounting Finance Commerce or related field.
13 years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferred.
Knowledge of statutory compliance (GST TDS Withholding Tax) is desirable.
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred).
Strong understanding of accounting entries and bookkeeping practices.
Basic knowledge of accounts and financial principles.
Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
