Job Description:
As a Marketing & Sales Executive at SPARK Technologies you will be the frontline architect of our growth funnel. Your role is focused on the critical first stage of the sales cycle: identifying high-potential prospects initiating engagement and sparking genuine interest in our products. You will be responsible for creating the initial momentum that bridges the gap between a cold lead and a scheduled business meeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute daily lead generation activities through LinkedIn email marketing and cold outreach.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns webinars and email marketing sequences to capture interest.
- Inbound Channel Growth: Manage account growth activities including website SEO and content creation to improve online visibility and engagement.
- Lead Qualification: Create and conduct initial product demos and presentations to gauge client fit and interest.
- Meeting Coordination: Successfully transition qualified prospects by setting up virtual or offline meetings for the Business Development team.
- Proactive Follow-ups: Maintain a persistent and professional follow-up with potential clients to move them through the initial funnel.
- Reporting: Track outreach performance and prepare simple reports on lead conversion metrics.
Preferred Skills
- Strategic Outreach: Proven experience in lead generation cold outreach and building professional connections from scratch.
- Persistence in Follow-ups: Ability to manage complex follow-up cycles to ensure no lead is dropped.
- Content & Design: Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Slides Canva Mailchimp Generative AI tools and Google Analytics for campaign creation.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new trends and outreach ideas.
