Additionalresponsibilities
- Managefull cyclerecruitment for assigned roles including sourcing screening interviewing selection management and offer execution.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies proactively build talent pipelines and engage in ongoing market competitive and industry research to inform hiring recommendations.
- Utilize recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates track pipelines andmaintainaccuraterecruitment metrics and reporting.
- Leverage market data competitiveintelligenceandprovidehiring recommendations including market trends and analytics.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define hiring needs drive interview processesfacilitatedebriefs and deliver abest-in-classcandidate experience.
- Mentor and train recruiters andhiringmanagers on recruiting processes sourcing techniques interviewing skills and talent selection tools.
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Stay current on the companys organization structure personnel policies employee benefit offeringsandfederal and state lawsregardingemployment practices.
What youneed
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree or 6 years of additional equivalentexperience
- 4 years of work experience
Preferred qualifications
- 2yearsbusiness-facing HR HR COE HR Operations orrole-related experience
- 2 years of full cycle sales recruiting experience
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter jobboardsand direct sourcing/outreach
- Experience in WorkdayHiredScore Paradox and/or other ATS systems and recruiting technologies
- Experience supporting medical device or life sciences recruitment
$77700 - $168400 salary plusbonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
