Repair Technician EI
Your main responsibilities
- Duties include executing call-backs taking over on-call service responding to customer concerns promptly and conducting periodic safety inspections to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence.
- Technical precision adherence to industry standards and commitment to continuous improvement are essential to the overall responsibilities.
- All activities are performed under some guidance from a direct manager with individual accountability for daily task completion.
- Execute call-backs on existing elevator installations promptly addressing customer concerns to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct periodic safety inspections on elevators to ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards documenting findings and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Perform intricate repair tasks on elevator systems including troubleshooting electrical mechanical and control systems issues with high technical precision and adherence to industry standards.
- Interact with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions maintaining a professional demeanor and fostering a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues managers and engineers to share insights and coordinate efforts on more complex repair and service tasks ensuring efficient resolution and continuous improvement.
