Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Ticketing & Passenger Service this role you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to all passengers handling ticketing and check-in processes and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers in a professional and friendly manner - Process ticket sales and reservations accurately and efficiently - Check-in passengers and their luggage according to airline policies - Handle flight changes upgrades and cancellations - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Collaborate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure smooth operations - Monitor flight schedules and communicate any delays or changes to passengers - Maintain knowledge of airline policies procedures and regulations - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings - Provide assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or the airline industry preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficient in computer systems and software - Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
