Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Ticketing Counter Executive to join our team at the airport. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers at the ticketing counter providing them with information about flight schedules fares and other travel-related information - Process ticket reservations changes and cancellations accurately and efficiently - Handle cash and credit card transactions ensuring all payments are properly recorded and accounted for - Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes in a timely manner - Assist customers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities - Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience for all passengers - Stay up-to-date with airline policies procedures and regulations to provide accurate and consistent information to customers - Maintain a clean and organized work area including the ticketing counter and surrounding areas Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or hospitality is a plus - Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in computer systems and software including ticketing and reservation systems - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you!
