Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Passenger Handling Agent at the airport. As a full-time employee you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers before during and after their flight. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters boarding gates and baggage claim areas - Check passengers travel documents and ensure they meet all necessary requirements - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other relevant information - Handle passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors elderly and disabled passengers - Coordinate with airline staff and other airport personnel to ensure smooth and timely boarding and deplaning of passengers - Monitor flight schedules and make necessary announcements and updates to passengers - Ensure compliance with airport and airline security procedures - Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the passenger handling process - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Knowledge of airport and airline operations is a plus - Fluency in English and Hindi is required knowledge of other languages is a plus Benefits: - Competitive salary and benefits package - On-the-job training and career development opportunities - Dynamic and multicultural work environment - Employee discounts on travel and other services - Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong interest in the aviation industry we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at Bluespirit.
