Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Command Pl as per Units objectives/ mission.
Responsible for day to day management of personnel in camp and when deployed.
Supervise and advise SNCOs and JNCOs in all aspects of professional and personal development.
Career management of all personnel under their command.
Monitor all aspects of administration and recommend disciplinary welfare or remedial action to OC.
Responsible for health safety and welfare of all personnel under command.
Oversees/contributes to the timely production of comprehensive and accurate recruit report books and MS duties.
To supervise and administer exercises ranges and DCCT; and produce the requisite associated documentation.
