- Takes inbound calls/emails/texts from customers and potential customers
- Makes outbound calls to follow up on quotes and ensure customer satisfaction
- Sells services by phone/email/text
- Offers needed services to customers
- Provides Lawn Doctor service solutions when possible
- Routing technicians daily work/processing daily work
- Good written and verbal communicationon skills
- Attention to details necessary
- Friendly and enjoys meeting new people
- Positive attitude and works collaboratively with team members and customers
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Some Saturday availability. Usually 1 Saturday morning a month.
