Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities for our clients.
- Act as point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client hiring process and submission guidelines.
- Review and analyse active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.
- Utilizes multiple internet resources including social networking techniques to source candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates fit and technical competence.
- Maintain submission trackers and daily/weekly reports.
- Responsible for work on Contracts Permanent positions.
- Well-versed in US Terms like W2 C2C 1099 US Visas etc.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Extensive experience in handling a complete US recruitment life cycle.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
- Excellent communications must.
