About the Role
The Recruiter (Off- Roll) will be responsible for end-to-end mass hiring of frontline and operational roles across branches and cities. This includes sourcing screening coordination offer rollout and onboarding support while ensuring strict adherence to hiring TAT and quality benchmarks.
What Youll be Doing
1. Mass Hiring & Delivery (Pan India)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring mandates across Pan India.
Close positions within defined TAT and monthly hiring targets.
Drive hiring for field- intensive roles across Tier 1 2 and 3 cities.
Maintain a strong pipeline to meet surge hiring requirements.
2. Sourcing & Channel Management
Source candidates through job portals social media vendor coordination references and local hiring drives.
Partner with external vendors and placement agencies when required.
Conduct walk- ins and local hiring drives in assigned geographies.
3. Stakeholder Management
Coordinate closely with Zonal/ Regional Business Managers for manpower planning.
Ensure alignment on role requirements candidate quality and hiring timelines.
Provide weekly hiring updates and tracker reports to Recruitment Partner
4. Screening & Selection
Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
Assess candidate fitment based on role competency and geography.
Schedule interviews and follow up until the offer release.
5. Offer & Onboarding Coordination
Manage offer roll- out documentation collection and pre- joining engagement.
Minimize dropouts and backouts through continuous follow-up.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining confirmation.
6. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain ATS/ hiring tracker with accurate data.
Share daily/ weekly hiring dashboards.
Ensure adherence to company hiring process and compliance guidelines.
What You will need for this position
Bachelors degree in any field.
3-6 years of experience in bulk/ volume hiring
Strong understanding of field sales executives customer service executives collections executives and operations executives etc hiring across multiple geographies.
Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under pressure and aggressive hiring timelines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Data- driven and process -oriented mindset.
Experience managing third-party vendors.
Key Metrics
Monthly hiring target achievement (%closure)
Time to Fill (TAT adherence)
Offer to Joining Ratio
Dropout/ Backout percentage
Quality of hire feedback from business
Process compliance & reporting accuracy
