SAP HCM Technical Consultant

We are looking for a Technical Consultant with an HR background and strong ABAP development experience to support HR-related SAP solutions within a digital transformation environment. The role involves developing enhancing and supporting SAP HR/HCM solutions working closely with HR stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical specifications and developments.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop enhance and maintain SAP ABAP programs related to HR/HCM modules.
• Work closely with HR business teams to understand and translate HR process requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and develop reports interfaces enhancements forms and workflows in SAP HR environment.
• Support SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) Time Management and Payroll.
• Perform debugging troubleshooting and performance optimization of existing ABAP programs.
• Participate in data migration system upgrades and HR system integrations.
• Prepare technical documentation and functional specifications.
• Provide technical support and resolve production issues related to HR processes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants business stakeholders and project teams.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as an SAP Technical Consultant with strong ABAP development skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HR / HCM modules and HR business processes.
• Experience developing HR reports interfaces enhancements forms and workflows.
• Knowledge of HR processes such as employee lifecycle payroll time management and organizational management.
• Experience with SAP debugging performance tuning and technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and data migration tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
