Job Title: Technical Architect NetSuite & AI Solutions
Location: Chennai Onsite/Hybrid/Remote
Shift Timing: 3.00AM 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)
Engagement Mode: Full Time
About the role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design architecture and implementation of advanced solutions within the NetSuite ecosystem including AI-driven automation initiatives. This role combines NetSuite technical architecture enterprise integration design and emerging AI capabilities to help organizations modernize their ERP landscape. The Technical Architect will work closely with solution architects functional consultants integration teams and business stakeholders to design scalable secure and future-ready solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NetSuite development frameworks enterprise integrations and platform architecture along with an interest in leveraging AI technologies to enhance ERP automation analytics and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
NetSuite Technical Architecture:
Design scalable architecture for NetSuite implementations enhancements and enterprise integrations.
Lead technical solution design across modules including:
Financials
Order Management
Inventory & Supply Chain
Projects
Revenue Management
Define technical standards development frameworks and governance models for NetSuite implementations.
AI & Automation Initiatives:
Lead development of AI-driven capabilities within the NetSuite ecosystem including:
AI-powered automation of financial processes
Intelligent data validation and anomaly detection
AI-driven insights and reporting
Conversational agents for operational workflows
Work with data and AI teams to integrate LLM frameworks APIs and AI services with NetSuite workflows.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and machine learning to ERP business processes such as finance procurement and supply chain.
Integration & Platform Architecture:
Design integration architectures connecting NetSuite with external systems such as:
o CRM platforms
o Supply chain and manufacturing systems
o eCommerce platforms
o Banking and financial systems
Define architecture for event-driven integrations APIs and middleware platforms (e.g. Celigo Boomi MuleSoft Kafka).
Development Leadership:
Provide guidance on SuiteScript development workflows and customizations.
Review technical designs and ensure alignment with NetSuite leading practices and performance standards.
Mentor and guide technical consultants and developers.
Governance & Solution Quality:
Establish standards for:
Code quality
Security and access control
Data governance
Integration reliability
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure technical solutions align with enterprise architecture principles.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with functional consultants delivery teams and client stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.
Support pre-sales solution demonstrations and architecture discussions with prospective customers.
Required Qualifications:
812 years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture
5 years of experience working with NetSuite technical solutions
Deep expertise in:
SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x)
NetSuite customization frameworks
NetSuite APIs and integrations
Strong experience designing enterprise integration architectures.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with AI / machine learning platforms or LLM-based solutions.
Exposure to automation and intelligent workflow systems.
Experience with middleware platforms such as Celigo Boomi MuleSoft or similar.
Knowledge of data pipelines APIs and event-driven architectures.
