Job Summary

Position Role: Lead Staff Offr for the delivery of RC national Employer Engagement (EE) activity and co-ord of regional EE activity ISO Defence and Army EE Direction.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver the RC engagement plan in line with Defence and Army EE direction and to support wider RC Engt objectives.
Develop and maintain the EE Common Operating Picture to enable targeted EE interventions.
Record and analyse EE activity and effect IOT continuously improve EE Engt delivery in support of the RC Engt plan.
Build close rapport with EE stakeholders (inc RF&C sS DRM (ISO AFC and ERS) and JMCs).
Represent Engt Br (with C&E) at MoD strategy and delivery groups IOT shape and influence Army contribution to tri-service EE effort.
Deliver national EE events inclusive of the Understanding the Army Reserve (UTAR) events and support MoD national EE campaigns.
Coordinate support and assure JMC EE activity including the reporting of REEB/REFB to Army HQ.
Support Army HQ and Fd Army in the delivery of EE and ES advice and training.
