The position
As a Senior Global HEOR Lead you will:
- Lead or co-lead the development and implementation of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategies and plans for relevant brands to support market access preparedness.
- Drive evidence generation including HE model development economic evaluations cost and health-related quality-of-life studies and indirect treatment comparisons.
- Substantiate the Payer Value Story with credible HEOR evidence and contribute to the Global Reimbursement Dossier for affiliates.
- Co-lead affiliate support for reimbursement and Health Technology Appraisal (HTA) submissions.
- Define and execute publication strategies to communicate scientific evidence through abstracts posters and peer-reviewed publications.
- Establish and maintain a broad network of stakeholders within the healthcare sector pharmaceutical industry and academia.
- Provide internal and external training and presentations on HEOR to disseminate and communicate research findings across the organisation.
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to design and execute retrospective and prospective studies contributing to study design analytical plans data collection and interpretation of research findings.
Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in health economics outcomes research epidemiology statistics/biostatistics or a related field.
- Documented training in health economics or outcomes research.
- A minimum of six years of experience in health economics and health outcomes research ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy.
- A proven track record of scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Strong strategic mindset and ability to collaborate across multiple boundaries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
