Job Summary

TITLE: Executive – Regulatory

LOCATION: Kolkata

Ensure regulatory compliance for Cosmetic & Ayurvedic products under Drugs & Cosmetics Act
Working knowledge of BIS CDSCO & AYUSH regulations
Track and implement regulatory amendments on a regular basis
Review archive and approve product artworks & labels
Ensure claims compliance for skincare haircare & OTC products
Conduct regulatory checks/audits across all brands
Prepare and maintain technical dossiers & ingredient literature
Support new product launches from a regulatory perspective
Handle clinical study documentation (in-house & third-party CROs)
Understanding of GCP for skin hair & OTC studies
Assist in study protocols reports & substantiation documents
Coordinate with R&D Quality & Marketing teams
Maintain complete and audit-ready regulatory documentation
