Job Summary

Position: Zonal Sales Manager
Brand: Sebamed – Consumer Products Division (General Trade)
Location: Chennai
Reporting to: General Trade Head

We are looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to drive General Trade sales for Sebamed in the assigned zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute zonal sales strategy to achieve revenue and distribution targets

  • Lead mentor and drive performance of Area Sales Managers and frontline teams

  • Strengthen distribution network appoint stockists and enhance market reach

  • Monitor sales performance demand forecasting (S&OP) and inventory planning

  • Drive new product launches promotions and merchandising excellence

  • Manage key distributors CFAs and channel partners

  • Collaborate with Marketing Finance and Supply Chain for seamless execution

  • Ensure compliance with processes credit policies and audit norms

Eligibility:

  • 10–12 years of FMCG sales experience with strong exposure to General Trade

  • 5 years in team handling role

  • Strong distribution management and channel development experience

  • MBA preferred
