Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning:Develop & execute strategies set targets analyze market/competitors and create budgets for the zone.
- Team Leadership:Recruit train motivate and manage a sales team (Regional Managers Area Managers Reps) to hit goals.
- Performance Management:Monitor sales data review performance provide coaching and implement corrective actions.
- Business Development:Expand customer base manage dealer networks and identify new opportunities.
- Customer Relations:Build strong ties with key clients distributors and resolve issues.
- Operations & Reporting:Oversee stock ensure policy adherence and report performance to senior management.
