Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Sales Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual targets for the southern states.
    • Prepare and monitor annual business plans budgets and P&L for the region.
  • Channel & Distribution Management
    • Strengthen existing distributor and dealer network; identify and appoint new channel partners.
    • Ensure timely execution of trade schemes promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a team of Zonal Sales Managers Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales Executives.
    • Monitor performance metrics and provide guidance for target achievement.
  • Market Development & Intelligence
    • Explore untapped markets and expand retail reach across Tier-1 Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
    • Track competitor activities pricing and market trends; recommend strategic actions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with marketing supply chain and technical support teams to ensure smooth operations.
    • Coordinate with HO for product promotions credit control and inventory management.
