Key Responsibilities
- Regional Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual targets for the southern states.
- Prepare and monitor annual business plans budgets and P&L for the region.
- Channel & Distribution Management
- Strengthen existing distributor and dealer network; identify and appoint new channel partners.
- Ensure timely execution of trade schemes promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of Zonal Sales Managers Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales Executives.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide guidance for target achievement.
- Market Development & Intelligence
- Explore untapped markets and expand retail reach across Tier-1 Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
- Track competitor activities pricing and market trends; recommend strategic actions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing supply chain and technical support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with HO for product promotions credit control and inventory management.
