Overview:
Seeking an Administrative Coordinator to work onsite 4 days per week and 1 day remote. This role supports scheduling coordination reporting and administrative operations across departments and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate schedules and communications with internal teams and external stakeholders

Maintain electronic logs records and documentation

Monitor requests troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns as needed

Prepare reports and support meetings

Provide general administrative and operational support
Required Skills:

Strong organizational multitasking and detail-orientation skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint

Professional customer service and coordination experience
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree preferred (Associates or High School diploma with equivalent experience accepted)

1-3 years of administrative or customer service experience

Experience working with external stakeholders or compliance processes is a plus
