Job Summary

Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Boston MA 02110
Duration: 4-Month Contract

Overview:
Seeking an Administrative Coordinator to work onsite 4 days per week and 1 day remote. This role supports scheduling coordination reporting and administrative operations across departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules and communications with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Maintain electronic logs records and documentation

  • Monitor requests troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns as needed

  • Prepare reports and support meetings

  • Provide general administrative and operational support

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational multitasking and detail-orientation skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint

  • Professional customer service and coordination experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred (Associates or High School diploma with equivalent experience accepted)

  • 1-3 years of administrative or customer service experience

  • Experience working with external stakeholders or compliance processes is a plus
