South Hills Movers a 101-year-old locally owned moving company based in Bethel Park PA is seeking a dependable and detail-orientedAdmin Assistantto support our Sales Division.
This is apart-time in-person/onsite positionworkingMonday Wednesday and Friday withMonday and Friday being the most critical days. This role has strong potential to grow into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.
Position Responsibilities:
- High-volume call handling and customer communication
- Assisting with employee evaluations
- Accurate data entry and database management
- Data reporting and administrative support
- General administrative duties to support the Sales Team
Qualifications:
- Dependable and professional
- Strong computer skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel
- Comfortable working within database systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation:
- $18$20 per hour (based on experience)
