This senior leadership role focuses on driving high standards in education wellbeing and safeguarding while creating a positive inclusive culture where pupils and staff can thrive. You will lead multi disciplinary teams ensure regulatory compliance and deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status
Proven Headteacher or Head of School experience within a specialist or alternative provision setting
Strong track record of improving quality of education and pastoral support
Experience leading and developing multi disciplinary teams
In depth understanding of safeguarding SEND SEMH and complex needs
Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and independent school standards
Experience managing performance quality assurance and school improvement planning
Confident working with families local authorities and external agencies
Strong financial and resource management capability
Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
Commitment to equality inclusion and safeguarding best practice
NPQH or equivalent leadership qualification desirable
