Key Responsibilities

l Make outbound calls to existing clients to promote products and services.

l Understand client trading styles to recommend suitable solutions.

l Gain strong product knowledge to tailor offerings effectively.

l Communicate value propositions that address client needs.

l Consistently achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.

l Maintain accurate CRM updates and timely follow-ups.

Skills & Requirements

l Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.

l Stock market experience; derivatives knowledge is a plus.

l Excellent communication skills; multi-language ability is an advantage.

l Goal-driven customer-focused and confident in client conversations.

Role Highlights

l 80% of the team earns incentives going up to 200% of CTC.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learning speed and a passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • A high school degree


Required Skills:

Stock market experience; derivatives knowledge is a plus. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales. Excellent communication skills; multi-language ability is an advantage. Goal-driven customer-focused and confident in client conversations.

12th and higher
