Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone email and chat
Provide product guidance and basic technical support
Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with technical team
Log and track issues in CRM / ticketing system
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs)
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare support reports and documentation
Requirements

Basic technical understanding of software / SaaS products
Experience with CRM / Ticketing tools (Zoho Desk Freshdesk etc.)
