We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Generalist Manager with strong hands-on exposure in the BPO and IT industry. The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of fast-paced BPO and IT environments high-volume workforce management attrition control strategies statutory compliance and the ability to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management employee relations compliance performance management stakeholder management and HR strategy execution.
Work closely with delivery heads operations managers and leadership teams.
Provide HR insights and analytics to drive business decisions.
Develop attrition control strategies specific to BPO environment.
Conduct pulse surveys skip-level meetings and feedback sessions.
Drive recognition programs and performance culture.
Implement and manage performance appraisal cycles.
Coach managers on performance improvement plans (PIP).
Align KRAs/OKRs with business objectives.
Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Conduct domestic inquiries where required.
Handle conflict resolution and escalation management.
Promote a positive and compliant work culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to IT and BPO industry.
Manage audits related to PF ESI Shops & Establishment Gratuity Bonus etc.
Maintain updated HR documentation and policy framework.
Generate monthly HR dashboards (attrition headcount cost analysis absenteeism).
Analyze trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Present HR metrics to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Masters degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
12 years of HR Generalist experience including manager level roles in the BPO industry.
Proven experience in policy development and implementation.
Familiarity with performance management and employee engagement strategies.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior exposure to IT services/BPO organization preferred.
