Roles and Responsibilities-
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define effective hiring strategies
- Recruit screen and interview candidates for current and future openings
- Evaluate candidate fit by reviewing backgrounds against role requirements
- End-to-end support for onboarding of all candidates at plant site ensuring a seamless experience.
- Scope of TA SPOC would be extended to TA led exempt and non-exempt hiring
- Support on collating and sharing travel reimbursement documents interview reimbursement documents with respective People advisors to initiate reimbursement process
- Responsible for coordinating and ensuring pre-employment medical check and Background verification process (e.g. coordinating with candidates for required documents any deficiencies uploading documents and ensuring closures)
- Facilitating onboarding of DETs Interns Full-Time Employees (FTEs) where required in close coordination with the plant HR team. Ensuring smooth transition and handover of candidate to People Advisor
- Coordinating travel and logistics for DETs interns and new joinees including induction planning and accommodation arrangements.
- Organizing and supporting DET-related engagement events across nearby states as per the annual calendar.
- Acting as the Talent Acquisition POC for all plant-based hiring needs including volume hiring replacement hiring and campus hiring.
- Tracking and updating manpower status for open positions at the plant and maintaining alignment with workforce planning goals.
- Liaising with functional and HR plant stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and proactively plan recruitment activities.
- Ensuring timely documentation BGV and medical test coordination for all plant hires.
- Driving diversity hiring initiatives specific to plant-based roles in line with organizational goals.
- Maintaining TA dashboards and recruitment MIS for the plant and providing regular updates to the central TA team.
- Providing support to other entities or locations as needed based on workload and business requirements.
- Representing TA at plant HR meetings or reviews when required to share updates and resolve recruitment-related issues.
