Job Summary

Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals growth and organizational development.
Workforce Planning & Talent Management: Lead workforce planning efforts succession planning and the implementation of talent development programs to ensure the right talent in key roles
Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and align policies with industry best practices
Capability building: Partners with leaders and COE to lead relevant learning and capability programs
Required Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
