EDP (IT Related)
- Approval Designing & Implementation of new processes in the Company.
- Managing duties of EDP Staff.
- Co-ordination between all departments.
- Verifying Sales Purchase Inventory and Finance related entries.
- Posting of major transaction after verifying all the statutory & internal documents in ERP system.
- Verifying necessary filing system related to EDP department.
- Guide End Users to prepare sales/challan documents as and when required.
- Managing different Master in ERP.
- New user setup and orientation
EDP (Support to Accounting Department)
- Revaluation of Inventory in ERP (Identification of Slow Moving Stock & Revaluation).
- GST Reports & Reconciliation for Monthly and Annual GST return filing.
- Stock reports for Monthly Half yearly and Yearly closing.
- Implementation of changes in ERP due to changes in statutory provisions.
Infrastructure Management
- Execute short plus long term strategic plans to assure infrastructure capacity attains current and future needs.
- Execute and oversee procedures policies and related training plans for infrastructure administration
- Manage and establish priorities for maintenance design development and analysis of entire infrastructure systems inclusive of IT Hardware Software LANs etc. implementations.
- Monitor Active Directory & Navision Server / SQL Database performance and take necessary actions for resolution of issue.
- New user setup and orientation.
- Define and manage IT Disaster Recovery Strategy for organization.
- Negotiate with outsourcers vendors and contractors for infrastructure-specific products and services.
- Provide L3 level support.
- Resolve critical cases on priority basis.
- IT budgeting.
Email server and networking
- Ensuring the operational health of the Office 365/Exchange online environment including security availability performance interoperability and reliability.
- Administration support and configuration of MS Office O365/MS Outlook for staff.
- Troubleshoot Exchange related issues when alerted.
- Troubleshoot various Office 365/MS Outlook issues including connectivity and mobility.
- Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation system and storage utilization reports site and system usage growth reports and manage site collection quota settings.
Procurement
- Drive procurement process for IT resources (equipment & licences).
- Negotiation with Vendor for various IT related products.
- Review IT Helpdesk to identify future requirements and take necessary actions.
- Communication between different vendor and MSA customers to resolve Customers Hardware related issues.
MIS & Reporting
- Daily Monthly MIS generation (Sales Report Stock Report Order Backorder).
- Monthly Reconciliation of Sales Purchase and Inventory values with Accounts.
- Preparation of ACROSS data for Mitutoyo Japan.
- Finalisation of monthly/yearly reports to Mitutoyo Japan.
- Ad-hoc reports as and when required.
- Periodic reports related to GST for Accounts and Audit purpose.
Website
- Development & Maintenance of website
- Update plugins or write scripts for enhancement.
- Review Web Analytics to make changes in site design.
- Periodic Website backup
Development
- Work actively with IoT team for development related to MeasurLink.
People Management
- Assign/Review task to team members periodically for completion
- Improve performance of team members by providing guidelines and knowledge transfer.
- Provide training to End Users for current process and to identify if any changes required.
