Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Salesman to join our team at one of our stores in Umhlanga. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service accurate product information and proactive sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth store operations.

Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to promote suitable solutions and increase sales opportunities.
Accurately process customer orders quotations and inquiries.
Follow up on pending orders and quotations to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Maintain an organized clean and presentable trade counter and display area.
Update and promote current specials promotions and brochures at the counter.
Handle customer issues with professionalism and efficiency ensuring a positive experience.
Provide clear communication regarding stock availability and back orders.

Requirements

Senior certificate or NQF4 equivalent
SA citizen or valid work permit
2- 4 years experience in sales
Must have experience in an electrical environment

Required Skills:

2-4 years work related skills knowledge or experience in relevant position Electrical Industry and/or Retail Sales Environment will be advantageous Senior certificate (NQF4) or the equivalent

Required Education:
