About this position:
Our Client is a technology driven company delivering high impact artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to enterprise and government clients. The Head of Marketing and Branding will define and execute the Clients global brand strategy driving demand generation and positioning the company as a leading AI company in Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the Companys global brand identity and positioning
- Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Collaborate with CRO to accelerate sales cycles through marketing-qualified leads
- Oversee content marketing digital marketing performance marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Position the Company as Africas AI thought leader through PR and media relations
- Manage employer branding to attract top talent globally
- Track analyze and report on marketing performance ROI and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field
- Masters degree or MBA in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred
- 10 years in marketing with 5 years in senior leadership roles (CMO VP Marketing etc.)
- Proven track record building brands from early-stage to market leadership
- Expertise in B2B tech marketing including demand generation ABM and content
