About this Position:
Our Client is a technology driven company delivering high impact artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to enterprise and government clients. The Head of Sales and Growth will be responsible for driving revenue growth developing go-to-market strategies and leading the sales team to achieve $20-40M revenue by Year 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and hit aggressive revenue targets
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team
- Establish sales processes pipelines and forecasting
- Win high-value deals with clients such as banks telecoms and government ministries
- Build strategic partnerships with global hyperscalers (AWS Microsoft Google Cloud)
- Collaborate closely with product engineering and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- 10 years in B2B enterprise sales with 5 years in senior revenue leadership roles (VP Sales CRO etc.)
- Proven track record closing $5M deals in tech/software/AI services
- Experience selling to enterprises and governments in Africa
- Strategic thinker with strong execution negotiation and leadership skills.
- Experience working in high-growth fast-paced technology environments.
