On behalf of our client we are looking for a competent skilled and experienced Customer Marketing Officer to work in Nairobi Kenya

Job Summary

To grow the clients crop care brands and strengthen market share through executing marketing strategies brand consistency and customer engagement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute marketing strategies for crop care brands.
New product development and launches.
Manage brand budgets
Input in short term and long term forecasting
Recommend pricing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory guidelines.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Agriculture Business Administration or related field.
12 years experience in brand or customer marketing (agriculture sector experience is an advantage).
Strong creative marketing planning and project management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
