ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to cover the areas of Shanghai Jiangsu Henan Anhui Zhejiang and Hubei. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the sales and marketing strategy for our clients product line in Eastern China. This role involves promoting the companys products supporting distributors and building a strong sales network within the assigned region.

Responsibilities and Duties
Build and maintain relationships w/ distributor ensuring effective market penetration and sale growth.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the F&B market.
Provide technical and marketing support to customers including product demonstrations participation in trade shows and events.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Monitor and report on sales performance market trends and competitive activities.
Maintain close communication with the companys headquarters in France and regional offices in Asia to align strategies and share market insights.
Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing issues and providing ongoing support.
Profile Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the F&B or related industry.
Strong understanding of the F&B market and distribution channels in Western China.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Mandarin is required; proficiency in English/French is a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region and internationally when needed.
