Based onboard a luxury superyacht this role combines acute clinical responsibility with an exclusive lifestyle. Your cruising itinerary spans the premier destinations of the Mediterranean including the vibrant shores of Ibiza the exclusive ports of Monaco and the luxury marinas of Marbella.
The Team: You will join a robust medical department led by a Lead British Doctor. The team structure includes Physiotherapists and Western-trained nurses ensuring that you are part of a collaborative and highly skilled unit rather than working in isolation.
The Safety: We understand the demands of private care. To mitigate fatigue and ensure clinical excellence we operate a double-nurse shift system. This structure guarantees scheduled rest and support prioritizing the well-being of both the patient and the nursing staff.
The Process: We utilize a secure online platform for all initial interviews. This remote process allows us to assess your clinical suitability and cultural fit efficiently before moving to the final stages.
Requirements
Requirements:
Education: Western-trained Registered Nurse with a BSN degree.
Experience: 4 years of solid background in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English is strictly required.
Capability: Must be confident in autonomous practice within a team setting.
