Job Summary
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services hours of operations key hotel personnel in-house events directions etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
- Resolve customer complaints with the utmost professionalism. Promptly inform the Management team.
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Provide information about the resorts facilities services and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
- Ensure a clean and organized front desk area
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including confidentiality and security protocols
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Flexible schedule including the ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Legal right to work in Greece EU.
